Visionary leader Dr. Khan M. Elyas is CEO and Co-Founder of Innovation Solution Provider LLC. He has led in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors for nearly three decades (since 1998 after graduation), with more than two and a half decades devoted to social and economic development in Bangladesh, Italy, UK, France, USA and Globally.
Dr. Khan's expertise spans ICT based socio-economic development, good governance, social justice, agriculture and livelihoods, market systems development, private sector engagement, and technical and vocational education and training (TVET). He also works in climate change and resilience, environmental justice, circular economy practices, gender equality and social inclusion, and policy research and advocacy. Before that he earned several degree such as Doctor of Business Administration (DAB) from Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Master in Development Economics and International Cooperation (MESCI) from University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy; Master of Development Studies (MDS), East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh and many more graduates and other certification on ICT, HR, Administration, Climate Change, Journalism, GDPR, Criminal Justice and many more.
A dynamic program and policy strategist, he combines innovative research, market systems development, and strategic partnerships to advance sustainable development, health, food security, and livelihoods. He has a proven record of leading nationwide capacity-building, value chain development, and pro-poor growth initiatives. His technical strengths include program design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation, and he works effectively with government stakeholders and diverse teams.
Known for his leadership and communication skills, Dr. Khan facilitates training sessions, workshops, seminars, and international conferences with equal ease. He also more then 20 publications on several issues of social science and, social and environmental justice.
